Hi, I'm Melody
My journey with movement started young. At just 19, I began competing as a professional bodybuilder in the bikini division of the NPC — and that world taught me how discipline, consistency, and strength can transform not only your body, but your entire life.
From the competition stage I became a personal trainer, and eventually found my home in Pilates: a practice that blends the strength I've always loved with control, mobility, and grace. Today, as a certified Pilates and strength coach, I build every session entirely around you — private, unhurried, and fully personalized, form first, always.
I'm also a mother, and motherhood has only deepened my belief that strength and wellness belong in every season of life. Whether you're new to the reformer, deepening a mat practice, or building serious strength, I'd love to help you move better and feel more at home in your body.
